We conduct periodic mock-tests at our offshore centers, to assess the various factors that can affect our routine operations. A strategic team is in place, to manage and assess our performance on these parameters.

Further we are in the process of implementing ISO 9001:2000 and parallely planning a future implementation of the ISO 17799 standards, which would cover our business continuity and disaster recovery processes. This standard would further validate our commitment and instill greater confidence in our customers about our Business Continuity focus.
