Every project you bring us is different. To make sure every project is completed to your specifications, we use a combination of people and process, mated with technology.
We set up a dedicated team to handle your project, selected from people with the experience and work ethic to get the job done right. Each team is headed by a Project Manager, sometimes called a Team Leader.
He or she is your primary point of contact throughout the project and is the person responsible for getting your job done the way you want it. Our process begins with information gathering.
Your Project Manager will gather information from you about your project specifications and schedule. Then your team will review the project, using our proprietary Amnet Data Management System (ADMS).
Because we're specialists in what we do, we often see ways for you to do your project more efficiently. We'll discuss those with you before we proceed to execution.
During the execution of your project, our ADMS helps the Project Manager by tracking key milestones, and providing checks so that any issues are spotted early. Your Project Manager will always be available if you have a question or a concern.
